CSI provides Standard Procurement System (SPS) support and consulting services to assist in the transition of NAVAIR staff from existing manual and automated systems to SPS. SPS and additional eBusiness solutions will enable procurement activities to improve performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency in acquisition processes, and strive to achieve 100% paperless Electronic Acquisition Environment (IAE). CSI provides expert advice, analysis, technical assistance, project management and support to enable the user community to increase effectiveness in use of SPS and the research and implementation of other state of the art eBusiness tools and solutions. CSI assists NAVAIR in the Development, Support, and Sustainment of the PD2 software. CSI works as a liaison for the integration between SIGMA (SAP) and SPS. CSI provides program management support as it pertains to the deployment, support and sustainment of the SPS software, as well with providing support to the integration of eBusiness solutions and their interaction with SPS.
