CSI provides full-service Relocation Management and Coordination Services to the Hewlett Packard
Company (HP) for its multiple facilities within the Washington Metropolitan Area. HPs headquarters staff consists of over 1,000 technical and administrative professionals housed within multiple leased locations. Shamrock is responsible for the management and coordination of large scope relocation requirements,
managing post-relocation project Help Desk and decommissioning services. During this transition process, the Project Manager conducts on-site surveys, develops relocation schedules and the related relocation budget as well as performs pre-relocation training and post-relocation follow-up services and coordinates the disposition of unwanted property to be incorporated into HPs ReUse Program.
